Shipping Rates and Policies
 Most orders placed by 12pm Mountain Standard Time will be shipped the same day by UPS Ground Service. We will contact you via email or by phone if your package cannot be shipped as expected. Actual shipping charges will be billed to your credit card along with costs for all items purchased and any appicable sales tax. You may choose to upgrade your purchases to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air wih additional charges being incurred.
Local Delivery Policies
 Local area customers placing feed orders for delivery need to have open availability for delivery, and place their orders allowing a minimum of 10 days for delivery. We may be able to get it to you sooner than 10 days, but we don't want you to run out of feed if prior orders and scheduling do not allow for it. Be sure to use the "Mike's Hay Barn local feed deliveries" option when choosing a shipping method. You will receive an automated confirmation email upon placing your order. You will receive a second email or phone call once your order has been scheduled. |
